Covid-19 Pandemic

Due to part of our customer base being medical and healthcare we have had to continue to manufacture during the Coronavirus outbreak.

We have put in place social distancing procedures throughout the manufacturing facility in line with the government guidance. Creating one way systems and hand sanitising stations clearly identified. PPE has been free issued to all employees.

In support to our NHS and Healthcare sector we successfully produced 8,000 face visors per day. Working with our customer who produced the tool to ensure our workers on the front line are protected. These face visors were supplied free of charge to the NHS and Care Homes.

We take delivery of a new 120T Sumitomo Demag injection moulding machine, this now increases our number of machines to 18. Increasing our number of machines increases our available capacity to support our new and existing customers requirements. The decision was also supported by us launching a new range of building products expanding our already successful in-house product range.

November 2016 - News

A project we have been working on for the best part of a year has come to fruition. We have been working very closely with a customer who approached us with an idea for a new product, one where the processes involved was not widely available. The customer wanted a company they could trust and who was willing to provide a personal service and ultimately believe in the product and the vision the customer wanted to achieve. Being a family run business we were able to provide a very personal service and work together with the customer in a way which is not always possible with a larger group or organisation.

We believed in the product, and took the decision to support the customer and invest in an In Mould Labeling (IML) setup with the support from Sepro Robotics and Sumitomo Demag. We also project managed the initial component CAD design, mouldflow analysis through to final injection mould tool.

Alot has happened in the start of 2012, with the introduction of three new NC5 machines, Celebrating trading for over a decade and with many new projects in the pipeline it was time to launch our new website. First eye catching change is the updated logo, followed by the updated images of the new mouldshop layout and more explanation into the various services we offer. 25/02/2012 - Delivery of new 100t and 120t Sumitomo Injection Moulding Machines

During 2011 we soon realised that our demand had increased dramatically, operating on a 24 hour shift pattern and at full capacity it was time to increase our number of moulding machines. We invested in two new machines, a 100tonne and 120tonne Sumitomo Demag Systec's Since we introduced these machines they have been in production non stop due to ever increasing orders from new and existing customers. Because of this, we have ordered a new Systec 420t. We firmly believe that our success is down to our commitment and relationships with our customers, producing quality parts on time and on budget and always providing guidance and advice when needed.
