A project we have been working on for the best part of a year has come to fruition. We have been working very closely with a customer who approached us with an idea for a new product, one where the processes involved was not widely available. The customer wanted a company they could trust and who was willing to provide a personal service and ultimately believe in the product and the vision the customer wanted to achieve. Being a family run business we were able to provide a very personal service and work together with the customer in a way which is not always possible with a larger group or organisation.
We believed in the product, and took the decision to support the customer and invest in an In Mould Labeling (IML) setup with the support from Sepro Robotics and Sumitomo Demag. We also project managed the initial component CAD design, mouldflow analysis through to final injection mould tool.
